• Contact details you provide (name, email, mobile, address) when placing an order or submitting an enquiry.
• Order details, GST number (if provided), and payment status (we do not store card or UPI credentials).
• Installation enquiry details such as city, pincode, property type, electricity bill range and rooftop area.

How we use it

• Process orders and deliveries; issue invoices.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide quotations.
• Share installation enquiry details with suitable MNRE-approved installers or authorized solar partners (with your consent).
• Comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card / UPI details are handled on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and are not stored by us.
