Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@solarxergy.in with your order number. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; please raise a return request after delivery.

Returns

Manufacturing defects or damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos and the order number. Approved returns are picked up and refunded after inspection.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days.

Non-returnable items

Custom-cut cables, used items, items missing original packaging, and items damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.

Installation services

Refunds for installation services are governed by the agreement with the installation partner. SolarXergy facilitates enquiries but is not party to the installation contract.
